Lady Bits Sitz: New Mama Bottom Relief

Lady Bits Sitz Bottom Relief is a soothing blend of organic herbs that helps to heal your "lady bits" post-labor, and is also comforting for those wonderful pregnancy hemorrhoids.

Simply boil 4 cups of water, remove from heat and add 1/4 cup of Lady Bits Sitz. Steep for at least 20 minutes, add to bath, have a seat in the wam water and relax.

Use up to 3 times a day. If you have sutures, limit use to once daily. Dry area well.
