Shipping & Delivery

 

Free Shipping is only to the lower 48 contiguous states with an order minimum of $85. Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories are excluded from free shipping.

We now offer Shipping Insurance through ProtectMyOrder. When you select ProtectMyOrder at checkout, we can reship a lost or stolen package out to you. If you have not selected ProtectMyOrder, you will have to file a claim through USPS.

PMO doesn't cover items purchased through Shopify Collective (hormone tests, menstrual panties, cups and mugs, etc. 

Shipping will be through the USPS. We do not ship Internationally other than Canada. Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days of being placed.  Expected transit time is 3-5 business days.

While we get your order out to the carrier in 3 business days, occasionally USPS does not scan their packages upon pick-up, in which case, the email with the tracking information is not sent.

We understand that this is frustrating, but unfortunately there is nothing we can do about the carrier's failure to scan the package. Because many packages are being delivered without ever having been scanned, we can not check on orders within 15 business days of order. 

Wisdom of the Womb does not pay for the duties/tax fees that may be charged for your product to clear your country's customs for international deliver. It is up to the recipient to pay all duties/ taxes. 

Please note: Tea Accessories, Menstrual Underwear and Hormone Tests will be shipped from another supplier's facility that charges their own shipping rate. As such, those items cannot be included in the free shipping quote. Only Wisdom of the Womb products above $85 will be shipping for free. Wisdom of the Womb is not responsible for shipping issues related to those items. PMO cannot be included on those items. 

On Combining Orders:

We understand that occasionally, you forget something and want to place a second order soon after your first, in the hopes that we will combine them so that you don't have to pay double shipping. We are more than happy to combine your orders on our end. If, when you place your second order, we have not yet printed out your first shipping label, you will not have to pay for 2 shipping fees, since it is only 1 package we are sending, and we only have to pay for shipping once on our end.

However, if our fulfillment team has already printed the label, you will have to place another order and pay for the shipping of the second package.

Once we print your shipping label for the first package, we have paid for that shipping, and we cannot search through our already packed boxes. Sending out a second package requires additional shipping fees.
This is not to make money on our end; it is just to cover the shipping of the packages.
