Returns

We want you to adore our products as much as we do. Customer satisfaction is our goal!   If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will refund or exchange your Wisdom of the Womb brand unopened and resalable purchased tea or accessories within 10 days of your receipt. 

For tea accessories, Period Lab products and Proov Hormone tests, please email us to put you in contact with the appropriate company to inquire about returns, exchanges or shipping issues. We are offering their products on our site, but we are not shipping or handling inventory so cannot accept returns or offer refunds for these items. 

See Shipping Policy for Lost or Stolen Packages. We only offer Reships for Lost, stolen or damaged merchandise if you have selected the addition of Protect My Order insurance on your package. 

How do I return items from my order?

If you have an item that you wish to return, please contact us at support@WisdomoftheWombonline.com to receive a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number. You MUST contact us prior to returning your products. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER. We do not issue credit for items returned without an RMA number. We do not cover the costs of return shipping charges unless due to company error. In order to receive credit minus a 15% restocking fee, all returns must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. 

If we do not receive your returned items within 30 days of sending your RMA label, your return will be cancelled.



Please note the for purchases made directly on FB or IG, we are unable to accept returns on anything but the entire order, so if you want to send back the entire unopened order, we can issue a refund. If you want to send back individual unopened items from the order, then we will have to issue a store credit of 110% of the value of the items returned in exchange for the return. 

Refunds will take approximately 5-10 business days to credit to your billing account. Please allow 2 weeks for replacement orders to arrive. You can contact us at  support@WisdomoftheWombonline.com

 

Cancellations

Once an order is processed for shipping, we are unable to cancel or change your order. In the event that you no longer want your order, you can refuse the package upon delivery and have them RTS (return to sender). You can find out more about package refusal on the shipping company websites.  In the case of an RTS package, we will refund you when the undamaged package is delivered back to our warehouse, minus shipping fee and restocking fee. 

Please note that for cancellations and returns, Wisdom of the Womb is not responsible for incorrectly input addresses, missing apartment numbers or otherwise undeliverable shipping information supplied to us by the customer. We do our best to ship efficiently, but when you tell us to send it to the wrong place, it's unrealistic to expect it to arrive to the right place! As such, we will not be responsible for refunds, returns or cancellations on orders with incorrect addresses that are supplied to us by the customer. 

That said, we will always do our very best to get your package into your hands. 

 

Subscription Policy

There is a minimum number of billing cycles (2) before a customer can cancel/pause their subscription. The initial order counts towards this limit.

Whole Woman Collective Subscription:
You will receive your first 30 days free in the Collective. You will be sent an email when you sign up to access everything as well as a customer portal link, so that you can manage your subscription.

This subscription will renew on a monthly basis for $29. Every month, an email reminder will be sent 3 days before the upcoming charge. While this subscription can not be paused or skipped, this subscription can be cancelled at any time.

Physical Product Subscriptions:
When you create your subscription, you will be sent a customer portal link, so that you can manage your subscription. Be sure to check your junk email if you don't see the magic link to access your subscription account.

In this portal, you can add or remove items on your own and you can even add one time products to an upcoming order.

Please contact us to pause, skip or edit the subscription shipment time for any upcoming order or the entire schedule if you need it less frequently.

Please note, each subscription has a minimum 2-order billing cycle, after which you can cancel at any time.
