Because it's important to understand what you're working with, having a baseline knowledge of your sperm health and hormone levels is a good idea, and can help support you in deciding how "aggressively" you want to move forward in improving reproductive health.

There are two incredibly destructive and widespread factors for both male and female infertility today.  One is the prolific use of micro-plastics, which mimic estrogen, thereby depleting testosterone levels. The second, related to the first, is the use of glyphosate or Roundup. Did you know that most glyphosate today is not even sprayed on crops that become food? It's sprayed on crops like soy and corn that are used to make the ethanols that are used to make plastics. Because it's used so liberally across America, it's literally in the air we breathe, the rain that comes down on even our organic farms, etc. We should be choosing organic foods, ideally, to create systemic change.

4 Fertility Tests

1. Testosterone

Studies have shown that today's average 19 year old has testosterone levels equivalent to that of a 65 year old man who lived in the 1970s. Supplementing with testosterone is no longer considered "roiding up" when done with the guidance of a doctor. While my Morning Rooster Tea has supported men in improving their hormone levels, if your testosterone is significantly depleted, bio-identical hormone support may be recommended.

2. Semen Analysis

It's a good idea to see how your little swimmers are doing - both count, shape and how they're swimming.

3. Post-Coital Semen Analysis

Similar to above, except semen is tested after sex, to see how it behaves in your partner's cervical fluid. Occasionally, healthy swimmers can be destroyed by imbalanced cervical fluid, in which case your partner might be treated.

4. Ureaplasma

Ureaplasma is an often untested for bacterial infection. While it's impact on fertility is inconclusive, it can contribute to higher-risk pregnancies, and it's an easy enough test to just ensure that you're in the clear.

1. Vitamin E

Without Vitamin E, the body cannot reproduce. An essential antioxidant, Vitamin E is essential for cellular health, including the cells of the reproductive organs, eggs and sperm. Vitamin E is necessary for repairing cells from oxidative damage, as well as the toxicity that often contribute to infertility.

Powerful stress-reducing agent that improves neurochemical levels and essential hormones, balancing cortisol levels, which is important for cellular repair.

6. L-Arginine

Taking oral L-arginine might improve sexual function in men with erectile dysfunction due to a physical cause.
